About the role
Olympique National Beirut is looking for an ambitious Football Development Coach to lead one or two elite youth teams within its player development pathway. The role focuses on applying modern football methodology, continuous learning, and structured player development under the guidance of the Technical Director.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high‑quality training sessions.
- Lead teams during matches and tournaments.
- Prepare and submit session plans and post‑session reports.
- Track player development, attendance, and performance.
- Participate in technical meetings and coach development activities.
Required profile
- Based in Lebanon.
- 3–8 years of coaching experience.
- AFC, UEFA, or equivalent coaching certification (or currently pursuing one).
- Comfortable using digital tools for session planning and reporting.
- Strong communication skills and a growth mindset.
- Ability to receive and implement technical feedback.
