Floor Supervisor – Hospitality

About the role

Lakkis Farm is seeking a dedicated Floor Supervisor to lead daily operations at its Batroun location. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that every guest enjoys a seamless, high‑quality dining experience that reflects authentic Lebanese flavors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance on the dining floor.
• Enforce quality, hygiene, and health‑safety standards in line with company policies.
• Oversee inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with the kitchen for timely replenishment.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to uphold service excellence.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities with proven supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certifications are advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and solve problems quickly.
