Finance Accounting Manager

About the role

The Finance Accounting Manager will lead all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, taxation and compliance functions for the company in Lebanon. This senior leader will ensure accurate financial management, provide strategic insights to senior management and maintain strong internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Payroll and Cost Accounting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulations.
• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow forecasting processes.
• Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic decisions.
• Manage treasury activities, banking relationships and working‑capital optimization.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, coordinate tax planning and manage tax audits.
• Monitor internal controls, coordinate external audits and mitigate financial risks.
• Support project cost control, profitability analysis and cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 12–15 years progressive finance experience, at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in construction, engineering, contracting or project‑based industries.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA or CMA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local tax regulations.
