Field Agricultural Engineer

About the role

Agritek SAL is seeking a Field Agricultural Engineer to support sustainable agriculture initiatives across Lebanon. The role combines office‑based coordination with on‑site technical assistance, ensuring clients adopt and benefit from the company’s natural fertilizers, pesticides, greenhouse technologies, and biosecurity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Process client orders, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Update website content in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, field demonstrations, and presentations for clients and internal teams.
• Represent Agritek at agricultural fairs, industry events, and professional training programs.
• Monitor daily operational tasks, maintain documentation, and archive company records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, schedule meetings, and conduct regular field visits.
• Provide technical support, address product inquiries, and ensure proper implementation of protocols.
• Document field visit outcomes, customer feedback, and technical issues for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering (Master’s a plus).
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using AI tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (preferred).
• Knowledge of soil and product testing devices.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
