Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate, curious and organized Communications Manager to join our multinational brand team. You will shape the brand’s communication strategy, manage client relationships and support the social media team while contributing to the strategic direction of the department.

Key responsibilities

• Develop structured recommendations and presentations backed by data, research and best‑in‑class examples.
• Understand client businesses and translate objectives into actionable communication plans.
• Oversee day‑to‑day client communication and act as the primary liaison between the agency and clients.
• Support the social media team by creating strategies, conducting research and monitoring trends.
• Produce business updates, competitive audits and industry reports.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, reporting and auditing to ensure delivery against agreed strategy.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the advertising and media industries.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to structure presentations and recommendations.
• Excellent project‑management and client‑management skills.
• Proactive, reliable and detail‑oriented, even under pressure.
• Ability to reframe client feedback into actionable internal solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools for operational, strategic and creative solutions.
• Experience using project‑management platforms such as Asana, Trello, Basecamp or similar.
• Tactical knowledge of primary social‑media platforms.
• Capability to oversee budgeting, reporting, planning and audit processes.
