Commercial Operations Coordinator

About the role

IP Engineering Pro is seeking a dynamic Commercial Operations Coordinator to support its growing commercial IT and infrastructure business. This junior‑level position offers the chance to work closely with sales and engineering teams, handling quotations, renewals and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, track and follow up on customer quotations.
• Coordinate pricing requests and validate bills of quantities (BOQs) with vendors and distributors.
• Manage renewals of support contracts, warranties and service level agreements.
• Maintain organized records of quotations, renewals and other commercial documents.
• Support sales and engineering teams in day‑to‑day commercial operations.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain pricing, availability and technical information.
• Ensure timely submission of offers and renewal proposals.
• Follow up internally and externally on pending commercial actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Fast learner with high attention to detail.
• Interest in technology, networking and infrastructure solutions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
