CNC Programmer / Operator – Architectural Millwork

About the role

H.deco is looking for a skilled CNC Programmer / Operator to join its growing team. You will be responsible for programming, setting up, and running CNC machinery that produces high‑end architectural millwork and bespoke joinery pieces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs and load them onto Biesse routers.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC machines for woodworking projects.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
• Utilise nesting and optimisation software to maximise material efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CNC programming and machine operation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Solid knowledge of woodworking materials, tooling, and machining processes.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality output.
