Client Relations Manager

About the role

The Client Relations Manager will serve as the primary liaison for U.S.-based clients, overseeing maintenance work orders from a service and operational standpoint. This role demands strong English communication, effective multitasking, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned U.S. clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Receive, review, and coordinate maintenance work orders with Project Coordinators to ensure timely completion.
• Provide clients with accurate updates, review quotations and scopes of work, and follow up on urgent service requests.
• Monitor work orders from assignment through completion, ensuring documentation, photos, reports, and final details are submitted.
• Address client concerns, escalations, and operational issues professionally while maintaining long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, client‑management, leadership, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Previous experience in facility management, maintenance coordination, customer service, or account management is highly preferred.
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
