Business Development Officer

About the role

The Business Development Officer will drive client engagement and identify new project opportunities for Nulabe across the MENA and GCC regions. You will work closely with technical teams to craft compelling proposals and build lasting relationships with public and private sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and project opportunities across key sectors.
• Develop tailored presentations, pitch decks, and capability statements.
• Support preparation and submission of proposals in response to RFPs, tenders, or direct opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical leads to ensure proposal content is accurate and competitive.
• Maintain an updated tracker of outreach efforts, proposal submissions, and win/loss insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or client relations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using LinkedIn for professional networking and client outreach.
• Familiarity with database management and meeting coordination tools.
