Billing & Operations Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a structured and reliable Billing & Operations Administrator to join the Operations team at Aspire Software in Lebanon. The role supports the Finance team by handling a high volume of billing, invoicing and administrative tasks as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and dispatch monthly invoices using the Invoiced platform, ensuring PDF quality and accuracy.
• Upload invoices to external customer portals and maintain internal billing trackers for recurring and non‑recurring revenue.
• Support project billing by creating and managing Jira tickets, and assist with monthly Professional Services billing cycles.
• Maintain customer master data in NetSuite, including address updates, contact changes and account corrections.
• Perform routine data queries, quarterly reporting updates and general operational support such as file server organization.
• Provide basic Accounts Payable assistance when needed, including supplier invoice verification and preparation of data for payment runs.

Required profile

• Structured, reliable and detail‑oriented professional.
• Interest in SaaS billing operations and experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Invoiced.
