AI Strategy Development Consultant for Aqaba Governorate

About the role

We are seeking a qualified consultant to lead the development of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy for the Aqaba Governorate in Jordan. The consultant will produce a comprehensive, Arabic‑language report and an executive presentation that will guide regional AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse the current AI landscape and opportunities within Aqaba Governorate.
• Prepare a detailed report of at least 30 pages in Arabic, including a 2‑4 page executive summary.
• Develop a PowerPoint executive presentation summarising the findings and recommendations.
• Ensure all deliverables follow the specified formatting guidelines (MS‑Word .docx, automatic table of contents, proper citations, and plagiarism checks).
• Provide source documentation, including scanned copies of referenced material.

Required profile

• Proven experience in AI strategy development, policy formulation or related consultancy.
• Strong research and analytical skills with ability to produce high‑quality technical reports.
• Fluency in Arabic and English for report writing and communication.
• Familiarity with UN procurement and reporting standards.
