About the role
CIS College, a leading vocational and technical education provider in Lebanon, is seeking a proactive Administrative Coordinator to support its training centre in Sinn El Fil. The role blends administrative, financial, and student‑service duties in a fast‑paced educational environment.
Key responsibilities
- Close daily cashbox, transfer funds to headquarters, and manage tuition fee collection.
- Set up payment plans, maintain financial records, and process instructor payroll accurately.
- Prepare instructor contracts, create monthly teaching schedules, and monitor branch expenses.
- Track student and teacher attendance, manage student files, and ensure data compliance in the Ministry of Education system.
- Coordinate student specializations and exceptions with other branches.
- Submit reports to the Ministry of Education for degree and certificate numbers.
- Assist marketing campaigns and student outreach initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative or accounting roles, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Customer‑focused attitude and ability to work well in a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
