About the role
Paradox is seeking a dynamic Account Manager – Sales to lead event‑related business development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building and nurturing client relationships across corporate, governmental and private sectors, driving new opportunities and overseeing projects from brief to delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients throughout the KSA market.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and event‑related leads.
- Manage client accounts from briefing through project completion, coordinating with creative, production and operations teams.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations and lead commercial discussions.
- Attend client meetings, networking events and industry functions to promote Paradox’s services.
- Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams, supporting negotiations and deal closure.
- Monitor market trends, upcoming projects and opportunities within Saudi Arabia.
Required profile
- Proven experience in events, exhibitions, activations, marketing or agency environments.
- Strong sales, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Commercial mindset with solid negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
- Experience in GCC markets is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Riyadh.
Required skills
- Arabic language proficiency (preferred).
- English language proficiency.
