Warehouse Keeper – Full‑time, On‑site in Burkina Faso

About the role

The Warehouse Keeper will manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products at our Burkina Faso facility. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures inventory accuracy, supports internal departments and external customers, and upholds safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods, verify quantities, and inspect for quality and compliance.
• Store items in designated locations, maintaining organized and accessible inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for internal or external shipment, ensuring timely delivery.
• Enter all inbound and outbound transactions, inventory counts, and adjustments into computerized systems or spreadsheets.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and keep records up to date using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or manual methods.
• Follow safety regulations, handle hazardous materials when required, and keep the warehouse clean and sanitary.
• Monitor warehouse equipment, report issues, and coordinate maintenance or repairs.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to optimise material flow and identify process improvements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or technical certificate; additional certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar warehouse role; food‑and‑beverage experience is advantageous.
• Fluent French; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational abilities and the capacity to work independently or within a team.
