- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

- Cooperate closely with the kitchen and management team
- Maintain a friendly demeanor at all times
Required profile
- Proven experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Good knowledge of the menu to assist customers
- Friendly demeanor and professional conduct
- Willingness to handle customer inquiries and complaints
