Training and Development Manager

About the role

AMC is looking for a dynamic Training and Development Manager to design, launch and continuously improve a multi‑tiered learning program for its consultants, team leaders and internal staff. The role combines curriculum design, facilitation and performance assessment to build a high‑performing, values‑driven workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Create and lead a comprehensive training program for AMC’s field salesforce.
• Develop an advanced management training pathway for promoted field staff.
• Implement ongoing learning modules for full‑time internal employees.
• Integrate skills assessments for all internal and external staff.
• Build an online toolkit for newly recruited field staff covering company systems and CRM usage.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize training needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in training development and delivery.
• Strong understanding of training methodologies and skills assessment techniques.
• Proven ability to design both soft‑skill and technical training sessions.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational capabilities.
• Outgoing, fast‑paced, independent and comfortable working with diverse personalities.
