Traffic Manager

About the role

The Traffic Manager will act as the central hub between creative, operations and leadership teams, ensuring smooth communication, prioritisation of tasks and proactive resolution of challenges. This full‑time, onsite position in Beirut supports the creative department by planning workload, allocating resources and delivering projects on time.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and allocate resources across multiple projects to maximise efficiency and anticipate bottlenecks.
• Receive, review and distribute briefs, ensuring clear requirements and alignment with project objectives.
• Track project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
• Use Asana to manage tasks, timelines and team collaboration, and develop dashboards for visibility.
• Facilitate smooth hand‑offs and maintain accountability across creative, operations and leadership teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations, traffic management or project coordination.
• Strong strategic thinking, forward‑planning and organisational skills.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to resolve challenges quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Asana (project‑management platform).
