About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Telesales Consultant to join our call‑center team in Sinn Al Fil. You will engage prospective customers over the phone, present product benefits and close sales while delivering high‑quality service. You will also provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Explain product features and answer customer queries.
- Negotiate and close sales to meet targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Strong sales consulting and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Previous experience in telesales is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
