Talent Acquisition & People Operations Manager

About the role

Acquisit is seeking a Talent Acquisition & People Operations Manager to design and scale HR processes for a fast‑growing agency of about 90 employees. You will act as the trusted HR business partner for teams in Beirut, Dubai, and Riyadh, shaping the employee experience across the full lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for all functions, managing intake, sourcing, interviews, offers, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Own and continuously improve the recruitment workflow in HubSpot ATS, building talent pipelines across Lebanon, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
• Develop and track recruitment analytics (time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, source‑of‑hire, offer acceptance, quality of hire) and report KPIs quarterly.
• Strengthen Acquisit’s Employer Value Proposition, careers page, employer branding, and referral programme.
• Ensure compliant contracts, onboarding documentation, visa coordination, and hiring paperwork for all legal entities.
• Drive employee engagement through eNPS, pulse surveys, and action plans, fostering a unified culture across three offices.
• Own the performance management framework, including OKRs/KPIs, reviews, calibration, PIPs, succession planning, and talent reviews.
• Partner with department heads to coach managers on feedback and performance conversations.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and exit interviews while monitoring retention metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading talent acquisition and HR operations in a multi‑location environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data and benchmarks to improve HR processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement HR policies, performance frameworks, and engagement initiatives.
