About the role
We are seeking an experienced Compliance and Risk Manager to oversee regulatory compliance across our financial services, fintech, cryptocurrency, and digital payments operations. The role is based between Lebanon and Cyprus, supporting the holding company and its affiliates.
Key responsibilities
- Determine customer risk levels during onboarding and throughout their lifecycle.
- Implement and update AML/CTF policies, monitor KYC/KYB protocols, and manage transaction monitoring.
- Interact with regulators as the primary compliance contact and lead vendor due‑diligence.
- Prepare compliance reports for senior leadership and coordinate internal and external audits.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration or related field; Master’s a plus.
- 5‑8 years of compliance and risk management experience in financial services, fintech or crypto.
- Industry certifications: CAMS, CBP, CFE.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; French is an advantage.
