About the role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial manager to launch and run a sustainable, customer‑focused venture. The role combines market discovery, go‑to‑market planning and disciplined financial management to create profitable products and steady revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Validate target market and develop a compelling value proposition.
- Deliver a minimum viable product and drive consistent revenue growth.
- Maintain positive cash flow and margins through effective marketing, operations and retention strategies.
- Perform financial forecasting, basic accounting and budgeting.
Required profile
- Hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and adaptability.
- Strong customer focus and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
