Structural Civil Engineer – Design & Estimation

About the role

We are looking for a Structural Civil Engineer with at least 2 years of design experience to join our design and estimation team. You will be responsible for creating precast, post‑tensioned and reinforced concrete solutions while working closely with clients and our factory.

Key responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of horizontal elements such as precast, prestressed, post‑tensioned and RC slabs and beams.
• Carry out cost comparisons, value engineering and produce high‑quality design drawings to meet project schedules.
• Coordinate site activities with the factory and client, and calculate/estimate flooring systems for quotations.
• Use a consultative sales approach to guide clients, develop proposals and quotations, and follow up on opportunities.
• Visit prospects, explain quotations, assist sales staff, and maintain business relationships.
• Participate in trade shows and conventions to promote company products.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of prestressed concrete theory and relevant design codes (ACI 318, IBC/UBC).
• Proficiency with structural analysis software (ETABS or ROBOT, SAFE) and AutoCAD 2D.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to perform hand calculations for structural elements.
