Stock Controller – ERP & Serial Number Management

About the role

Houri Hearing is modernising its warehouse operations by moving to a full ERP system and introducing barcode scanning for high‑value, serialised medical devices. We need a Stock Controller who will build and own the new processes, ensuring every unit is traceable from import to patient.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain stock accuracy and full serial‑number traceability across receipt, transfer, dispatch, returns and warranty.
• Act as a core user of the new ERP – support data migration, testing, go‑live and daily operations.
• Run cycle counts and physical inventories, investigate variances and identify root causes.
• Support purchasing activities: set reorder points, issue purchase orders, follow up with suppliers and shipments, reconcile invoices.
• Keep the warehouse organised, compliant and ready for audits.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in stock control, inventory or warehouse environments, preferably with serial‑number tracking.
• Degree or technical diploma in supply‑chain, business, engineering, accounting or information systems.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, detail‑oriented and comfortable questioning data discrepancies.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (lookups, pivots, large‑list reconciliation).
• Hands‑on experience with an ERP or inventory system (e.g., NetSuite, Odoo, SAP B1, Dynamics, Zoho).
• Familiarity with Power Query, Power BI or basic SQL (bonus).
