Staffing Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Staffing Executive to join our remote team and lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for internal positions. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Finalize candidate selection after thorough reviews by the recruitment assistance team.
• Conduct comprehensive screening calls and detailed interviews to assess technical and behavioral fit.
• Evaluate candidates' technical skills through tailored assessments and collaborate with hiring managers on suitability.
• Draft and present offers, oversee onboarding, and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Use innovative sourcing techniques, track recruitment metrics, and manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of recruitment experience, preferably in a high‑volume agency.
• Fluency in English and Arabic with the ability to switch seamlessly between both languages.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, fast‑working yet precise, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Independent decision‑making, resilience in challenging scenarios, and a continuous‑learning mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
