Social Media Specialist – Lead Generation Focus

About the role

ALM Corp is seeking a results‑driven Social Media Specialist to own and grow its owned social channels. The role is centered on turning LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram and YouTube into high‑performing lead generation engines for the agency’s digital marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute social media strategies with lead generation as the primary KPI.
• Build and manage funnels that convert followers into qualified prospects, including lead magnets and gated content.
• Track, analyze and report on lead quality, cost‑per‑lead and conversion rates across all platforms.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and nurturing.
• Create a data‑driven content calendar aligned with service lines (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Development).
• Produce written, visual and video content for American business owners, marketing directors and agency partners.
• Engage with followers, prospects and influencers, monitor comments, DMs and brand sentiment.
• Plan, execute and optimize paid social campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and X Ads, managing budgets and A/B testing.
• Own analytics using native platform tools, Google Analytics and CRM integrations, delivering weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media channels for B2B lead generation.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and acting as a brand spokesperson.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
• Collaborative attitude to work closely with sales and creative teams.
