About the role

We are seeking a creative, trend‑focused Social Media Specialist to manage and grow social media accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role goes beyond simple scheduling – you will design strategies, craft engaging content, and stay ahead of platform trends to capture audience attention.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Develop tailored social media strategies aligned with each brand’s objectives.
• Create monthly content calendars and detailed content plans.
• Conceptualise and produce Reels, TikToks, Stories, posts, and other short‑form formats.
• Identify viral trends and adapt them creatively for different brands.
• Write compelling captions, hooks, and content concepts.
• Research competitors, audience insights, and emerging topics.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, photographers, and other team members.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse results, and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes, platform features, and industry trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for clients.
• Background in digital marketing, advertising, or a social media agency is highly preferred.
• Strong creative thinking with the ability to generate original content ideas.
• Excellent understanding of social media trends and viral content.
• Strong copywriting and caption‑writing abilities.
• Experience with social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent English communication and organisational skills.
• Portfolio or examples of previous work highly preferred.
