Social Media Scaler

About the role

Maids.cc, the GCC’s leading home‑services platform, is seeking a Social Media Scaler to drive organic growth across 10‑15 Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn pages covering the UAE, GCC, Philippines and other markets. Reporting to the CMO, you will own the full lifecycle of each page—from strategy and content planning to execution, testing and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end performance of 10‑15 social pages for the maids.cc and maids.at brands.
• Build, hire and lead a small team of 3‑4 content creators and social coordinators.
• Design and maintain a monthly, market‑specific content calendar.
• Develop hook‑driven creative concepts to maximise organic reach.
• Monitor platform algorithm updates and adapt strategies for Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Run structured A/B tests on hooks, formats, captions, posting times and document learnings.
• Localise content tone, language and cultural references for each market.
• Identify UGC opportunities, creator collaborations and community‑engagement tactics.
• Track, analyse and report weekly performance metrics, translating insights into actionable changes.
• Stay ahead of viral trends and emerging platform features, testing high‑potential formats first.
• Coordinate with the CMO and paid‑media team to align organic and paid messaging.

Required profile

• Proven record of scaling at least one social page from low to significant reach (provide examples and numbers).
• Deep, hands‑on knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn organic algorithms.
• Experience leading a small creative team.
• Strong instinct for hooks and rapid content evaluation.
• Ability to build and manage multiple content calendars simultaneously.
• Clear briefing and creative direction skills for videographers, designers and writers.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with analytics dashboards.
