Social Media & Paid Ads Executive

About the role

The Social Media & Paid Ads Executive supports assigned client accounts by executing day‑to‑day social media and digital initiatives. Working closely with the Account Manager, the role translates client priorities into actionable tasks, coordinates internal resources, and ensures timely delivery of content and paid campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Account Manager in managing client accounts and serve as a secondary contact for execution‑related queries.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
• Maintain and update content calendars aligned with account strategies.
• Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads and related channels.
• Track performance metrics (impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions) and provide insights for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports using Google Analytics, native platform analytics and advertising dashboards.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and execution‑focused with strong digital knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills to convey client requests internally.
• Ability to work collaboratively with account and creative teams.
• Proactive attitude toward performance monitoring and optimization.
