Social Media Manager

About the role

Raize is seeking a full‑time Social Media Manager to join its on‑site team in Dekwaneh. In this role you will shape and execute the company’s social media strategy, driving brand visibility and audience engagement across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Raize’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant channels.
• Create, curate and schedule compelling content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Optimize posts for reach, engagement and conversion using SMO techniques.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and adjust tactics based on data insights.
• Collaborate closely with the broader marketing team to ensure social initiatives support overall campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing and executing content strategies.
• Ability to analyse social media data and refine strategies accordingly.
• Creative mindset with up‑to‑date knowledge of digital and social trends.
• Team‑player with problem‑solving abilities; familiarity with marketing and branding concepts is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
