Social Media Manager (Arabic and English)

About the role

A company is looking for a creative, organized and experienced Social Media Manager to develop and run its social media strategy, manage several platforms, create engaging content and grow brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage and maintain accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Plan, create, schedule and publish posts, stories, reels and videos.
• Develop and manage monthly content calendars.
• Monitor performance, analyse insights and prepare regular reports.
• Track trends, audience behaviour and competitors to find growth opportunities.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.
• Collaborate with design, marketing and content teams to keep the brand consistent.
• Optimize content strategies to improve reach, engagement and performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media management.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience developing content strategies and managing content calendars.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and turn them into actionable improvements.
• Creativity, attention to detail, organization, independence and deadline discipline.
• A portfolio of previously managed accounts is an advantage.
