Online Marketing / SEO Specialist

About the role

Aliston, a CRM and digital transformation consultancy, is bringing online marketing in-house. You will own the full chain from a search query or a LinkedIn feed to a qualified lead handed to the business development team, across three sites: aliston.fr and cirrus-shield.fr (French), and cirrus-shield.com (English first, Arabic for MENA). Priority is growing qualified organic traffic, and you also own the AEO/GEO strategy so that Cirrus Shield is cited by LLMs, Perplexity and AI Overviews. You report directly to management.

Key responsibilities

• Multilingual search strategy and technical SEO across the three sites (hreflang, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data)
• AEO/GEO, editorial calendar and AI-assisted content that you brief and review
• LinkedIn company pages and employee advocacy
• Backlinks, analytics (GA4, Search Console, GTM) and lead capture into Cirrus Shield

Required profile

• 3+ years in online marketing or SEO, in-house or agency
• Fluent English, French and Arabic; all three are required
• Shows results with numbers

Required skills

• Diagnoses technical SEO issues and briefs developers precisely
• Hands-on international SEO, GA4, GSC, GTM and Semrush or equivalent

What we offer

• Permanent, full-time position, hybrid: office in Sioufi, Ashrafieh with up to two remote days
• USD 1,200-1,700 gross per month, with NSSF and private insurance
