Social Media & Client Account Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Social Media & Client Account Coordinator to manage multiple client accounts, create and schedule content, and keep daily social media operations running smoothly. The role is remote, based in North Lebanon, with occasional in‑person meetings as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and execute day‑to‑day social media activities for various client accounts.
• Schedule and publish posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create visual content in Canva following client briefs and brand guidelines.
• Perform basic video editing for Reels, Stories and short‑form content.
• Maintain social media calendars and ensure timely delivery of captions, visuals and approvals.
• Keep client files, assets and approvals well‑structured.
• Support community management and monitor account performance when required.
• Communicate clearly about tasks, deadlines, feedback and revisions.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, dependable and comfortable working independently.
• Open to feedback and capable of making quick revisions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for graphic creation.
• Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut or similar).
• Experience using social media scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite.
• Good knowledge of major social media platforms and their publishing features.
