Social Media Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Account Manager to own the success and growth of our clients’ organic social media presence. Working in alignment with EST evening hours, you will act as a strategic advisor, ensuring that client objectives are translated into effective social strategies and delivered with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships and understanding business goals.
• Develop, own, and continuously refine account strategies that align with client objectives and identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring proper scoping, realistic timelines, and resource allocation.
• Lead internal coordination between creative, content, strategy, and traffic teams, translating briefs and consolidating feedback.
• Maintain quality standards, conduct internal reviews, and guarantee deliverables meet client expectations.
• Track account performance, prepare monthly analytics reports, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Document processes, manage risk, and propose improvements to enhance service delivery.

Required profile

• Mandatory agency experience with a focus on organic social media management.
• Ability to work evening/PM shifts aligned with the EST time zone.
• Strong client‑facing skills, capable of handling expectations and resolving issues professionally.
• Proven ability to manage several accounts and projects simultaneously.
