Site Finishing Foreman – Nigeria

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Finishing Foreman to lead all finishing activities on construction projects in Nigeria. The role involves supervising workers and subcontractors, ensuring work complies with drawings, specifications and quality standards, and keeping the schedule on track.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily finishing works and allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, ceilings, carpentry, doors, joinery, waterproofing and other architectural finishes.
• Inspect ongoing and completed works to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor material availability, request supplies and tools, and ensure correct installation according to manufacturers’ recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Site Engineer and other trades (civil, MEP, electrical, plumbing) to resolve technical issues and adjust plans.
• Report site issues, delays and material shortages to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction finishing works, preferably on residential, commercial, hospitality or high‑end projects.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Experience supervising workers and subcontractors.
