About the role
An architecture and design firm with over seven years of experience in residential projects, focused on high-end and luxury apartments, is looking for a motivated and organized Site Architect in Dbayeh, Lebanon. The role supports the coordination and follow-up of ongoing construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on daily site activities and coordinate with site workers.
- Communicate and explain updated architectural plans and drawings to the site team.
- Ensure site execution follows the approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors on materials, deliveries and technical requirements.
- Assist in resolving site issues and coordinate between the office and the construction site.
Required profile
- Entry-level to mid-level experience.
- Ability to read, prepare and update architectural drawings.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3ds Max.
- 3D modeling and rendering experience is an advantage.
