Site Engineer (Part‑time) – Residential Projects

About the role

Mattar Homes seeks a detail‑oriented Site Engineer to work part‑time on high‑end residential log projects. You will act as the bridge between the design office and the construction site, ensuring the company’s vision is executed accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Develop and monitor project timelines, identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to keep builds on schedule and within budget.
• Manage procurement and logistics, negotiate with suppliers and coordinate deliveries to avoid downtime.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and produce snagging lists to maintain high‑quality finishes.
• Provide progress updates, budget tracking and site logs to stakeholders.
• Ensure all personnel adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the residential sector.
• Strong project‑management skills covering lifecycle, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Experience in procurement, vendor management and material cost control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
