About the role
The Shadow Teacher role at Medischool is a full‑time, on‑site position in Halba, supporting individual students within the classroom to follow lessons, reinforce learning objectives and encourage positive behaviour.
Key responsibilities
- Support individual students in the classroom by following lessons and reinforcing learning objectives.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt lesson plans and assist with classroom activities.
- Monitor student progress and communicate regularly with school staff and families.
Required profile
- Strong teaching and education skills with ability to support diverse learning needs.
- Experience working with children or in school environments.
- Relevant academic background in Education, Special Education, Psychology or a related field preferred.
Required skills
- Clear and empathetic communication.
- Lesson planning and training abilities.
