Senior Technical Product Manager

About the role

Murex is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and client support for the Cluster and Communication components of the MX.3 platform. You will work closely with development, product, and architecture teams to ensure the platform remains elastic, scalable, and cloud‑native.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for the Cluster manager, service SDKs, middleware, serialization and RPC layers, aligning with client expectations and internal standards.
• Engage proactively with clients and their IT teams to address escalations, compliance concerns, and ensure transparent communication.
• Collaborate with developers, operators, QA, product managers, and deployment architects to deliver roadmap milestones and guarantee compatibility with various deployment models.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in cluster management, containers, container orchestration, SDKs, REST APIs, distributed systems or related technical domains.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture and proven ability to lead large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluency in English and French.
