Production and Architecture Consultant – Client Services

About the role

The Production and Architecture Consultant will support Murex's MX.3 platform for clients across EMEA, ensuring high technical problem‑solving, best‑practice implementation, and non‑functional requirement oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hardware sizing, disaster‑recovery strategies, and security guidance for production environments.
• Lead performance testing, design monitoring dashboards with APM tools, and support client upgrades.
• Handle client production issues via CRM cases, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and advocate for product improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• 2‑4 years of relevant technical experience with strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in operations and support contexts.

Required skills

• Programming: Java or C and any interpreted language.
• Database: SQL query building; Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, PostgreSQL administration a plus.
• Operating Systems: Linux, Bash scripting.
• Java tooling: profiling, debugging, thread‑dump analysis, heap‑dump and garbage‑collection diagnostics.
• Performance testing tools.
