About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partnering with department managers to secure top talent that aligns with the company’s growth objectives. Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured interviews and behavioral assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
• Administer pre‑employment assessments and oversee reference checks.
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers, providing updates on progress and timelines.
• Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with long‑term business goals.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to refine sourcing approaches and improve time‑to‑fill.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
