Senior Software Engineer - AI Agents Platform

About the role

Aspire Software is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join its team in Lebanon. The role suits an engineer who is AI-first in thinking, building and working: using modern AI coding tools every day to move faster, solve complex problems and improve quality, not just adding AI to an existing product. You will own important product and platform initiatives from initial design through production, working across AI agents, backend services, hotel integrations and internal tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test and deploy production-grade software across the Sadie AI and integration platform
• Build reliable workflows combining large language models, business logic, APIs and real-time hotel data
• Build and improve integrations with hotel PMS, booking, payment, telephony and customer service platforms
• Use AI development tools throughout the engineering lifecycle, including research, prototyping, coding, testing, debugging, documentation and code review
• Improve the accuracy, latency, reliability and cost efficiency of AI agents, and build evaluation frameworks, monitoring and safeguards for AI-driven workflows
• Diagnose complex production issues across distributed systems, third-party APIs and real-time voice interactions
• Make sound architectural decisions and mentor other engineers on engineering quality and AI-first development
• Take responsibility for outcomes in production, not only for completing assigned tasks

Required profile

• At least five years of professional software engineering experience, including owning complex systems in production
• Strong backend engineering skills in Python, TypeScript or another modern language
• Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools as part of daily development and to validate their output with sound engineering judgment
• Practical experience building products with large language models, generative AI or agentic workflows
• Ability to move independently from an ambiguous business problem to a deployed solution, with excellent debugging and communication skills
