Senior Salesforce Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands‑on experience to lead the design, development, and implementation of custom Salesforce solutions. The role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for staying current with Salesforce innovations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with analysts and stakeholders.
• Architect, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best‑practice development standards.
• Participate in design discussions and solution architecture reviews to ensure technical excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Possession of Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience leading teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning of Salesforce best practices and new release features.
