Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

About the role

The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst will work directly with clients to understand their business processes, translate requirements into technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud projects. The role combines deep functional knowledge with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and challenge client objectives, processes, and needs.
• Produce clear documentation, detailed designs, and user stories.
• Collaborate with solution architects to design effective Salesforce solutions.
• Coordinate project modules, provide updates, and manage risks.
• Supervise junior analysts and ensure quality delivery.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) or equivalent.
• 5+ years as a Salesforce consultant or business analyst.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and client‑relationship skills.

Required skills

• Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud expertise.
• Certified Sales or Services Consultant (required).
• Agile CRM project management experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into simple technical solutions.
