About the Position

Join Amin Developers as a Planning Engineer and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our high-scale projects. You will be at the heart of our operations, driving efficiency through meticulous scheduling, production planning, and rigorous project control to meet our excellence standards.

Main Missions

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, ensuring all milestones are clearly defined and achievable.
• Coordinate production planning to optimize resource allocation and streamline workflows.
• Monitor project progress against baseline schedules, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions.
• Perform detailed project control tasks to ensure projects remain within budget and meet strict quality standards.
• Analyze project requirements and technical constraints to provide accurate forecasting and risk assessment.
• Facilitate effective communication with project managers, site teams, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.

Profile Required

• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer or in a similar project control role within the construction or development industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and project requirements.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation.
