Senior IT Manager – Manage & Improve Company IT Environment

About the role

We are seeking a senior IT professional to lead and continuously improve our company’s technology environment across multiple offices. The role combines strategic planning, operational oversight, and hands‑on technical guidance to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, monitor and enhance the entire IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, hardware and software.
• Supervise IT personnel and coordinate operations across all office locations, enforcing consistent standards and service levels.
• Develop, implement and maintain company‑wide IT policies, procedures and standards covering security, disaster recovery, data backup, access control and business continuity.
• Design and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans, ensuring regular reviews and updates.
• Implement cybersecurity controls to protect systems, networks, applications and data.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, email systems and other corporate applications.
• Monitor system performance, availability, security and reliability, and provide escalation support for complex issues.
• Plan and execute system implementations, upgrades, migrations and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Manage software licences, IT assets, equipment inventories and technology subscriptions.
• Evaluate and coordinate with external vendors, service providers and technology partners.
• Maintain comprehensive IT documentation and support budgeting, cost control and risk management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior IT management or a similar role, overseeing multi‑site environments.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, security standards and business continuity practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
