Senior Event Marketing Manager

About the role

Mobius MEA is looking for an experienced, proactive and results-driven Regional Marketing & Events Manager to lead its regional marketing strategy, with a focus on event planning, sponsorship use, digital marketing and brand development. The role covers the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia and the Caucasus, involves frequent travel and reports to Group / Regional Management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the annual regional marketing plan and manage the budget, including country-level allocations and manufacturer marketing development funds (MDF)
• Plan and run regional events such as partner/customer events, product launches, exhibitions, seminars, VIP gatherings and roadshows, covering logistics, branding and post-event follow-up
• Manage digital marketing and social media (especially LinkedIn), content creation, SEO, email marketing and digital advertising
• Build the regional brand, manage marketing collateral and coordinate with external agencies
• Coordinate with country managers, sales teams, manufacturers and distributors, and travel frequently across the region

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
• 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably regional or international
• Proven experience planning corporate events, exhibitions, conferences and roadshows
• Experience managing MDF budgets and co-marketing programs
• Hands-on digital marketing and social media experience
• Experience in IT, telecom, security systems or B2B distribution is an advantage; Arabic strongly preferred
