Social Media Specialist

About the role

A creative, organized and experienced Social Media Manager is sought to develop and implement social media strategies, manage several platforms, create engaging content and grow brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company objectives
• Manage and maintain accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Plan, create, schedule and publish posts, stories, reels and videos
• Develop and manage monthly content calendars
• Monitor performance, analyse insights and prepare regular reports
• Track trends, audience behaviour and competitors to find growth opportunities
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages
• Collaborate with design, marketing and content teams for brand consistency
• Optimize content strategies to improve reach and engagement

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media management
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication
• Experience developing content strategies and managing content calendars
• Ability to analyze metrics and turn insights into improvements
• Creativity, attention to detail, organization, independence and deadline discipline
• A portfolio of previously managed accounts is an advantage
