Senior Digital Partner Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Partner Marketing Manager (DPMM) leads partner‑facing go‑to‑market initiatives, turning client priorities into high‑impact co‑marketing programs. Acting as a strategic advisor, the DPMM drives pipeline, opportunity creation and measurable business outcomes across a portfolio of partners.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client solution plays into clear, executable partner GTM plans, defining audiences, value proposition, messaging and channel strategy.
• Guide partners through rapid campaign activation, supporting end‑to‑end planning, execution and optimization while ensuring alignment with client incentives and frameworks.
• Drive partner activity toward pipeline generation, track funnel metrics and use dashboards to recommend next‑best actions.
• Build trusted relationships with 15‑20 partners, influence priorities without authority, and lead workshops and meetings.
• Utilize performance data to prioritize partners, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure consistent tracking and reporting.
