Senior Desktop Publisher/Finalizer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Desktop Publisher/Finalizer to lead the transformation of creative concepts into polished, production‑ready artwork. The role sits within an agency environment and supports a wide range of media, from print and out‑of‑home to digital and video assets.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and develop creative concepts into final artwork while maintaining brand consistency.
• Perform photo and illustration editing, retouching, manipulation, and compositing.
• Build final mechanical files that meet vendor and production specifications.
• Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and production staff to implement direction and revisions.
• Conduct quality control checks and troubleshoot any production issues.
• Execute manual tasks such as mounting, trimming, book binding, and creating wall wraps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, Advertising or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a creative advertising agency or production firm.
