About the role
The BIM Landscape Architect will work on‑site in Mount Lebanon Governorate, developing and coordinating landscape designs within a BIM environment. You will create detailed 2D/3D models, technical drawings and documentation that align with project standards and local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Create and update detailed 2D/3D landscape models, planting schemes and site layouts using BIM tools.
- Prepare technical drawings, tender and construction documentation, and support design reviews with architects, engineers and other stakeholders.
- Refine designs based on feedback, ensuring sustainable and context‑sensitive solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience in landscape planning, site analysis and functional outdoor space organization.
- Strong communication, teamwork and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
Required skills
- Proficiency with BIM tools such as Revit, Rhino or Civil 3D.
- Experience with 2D/3D design software like AutoCAD and SketchUp.
